What you need to know before going ahead.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Advice, the quote and the follow-up during the works are all in English, by WhatsApp, email or video call. Nothing to translate and nothing to guess.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Full renovations of houses, apartments and villas, new builds and extensions, restoration of older houses and design projects with 3D presentation. Electrical, plumbing, window and painting work is part of those projects and is done by our own builders.
Do you do small repairs?
Only within the projects we have under way. We don't take on stand-alone repairs, so the team stays focused on the projects entrusted to us.
How does the quote work?
After the visit and the design, we deliver a written quote listing every material, every item of work and VAT, together with the works schedule. What is written is what gets done. Any change is requested and approved by you.
Is the technical visit charged?
Yes. It costs €35 to €50 depending on the property's location, covering the technician's travel and the preparation of a detailed, itemised quote, rigorous enough to be used for a financing application or with an insurer. The document is yours, whether you go ahead or not. 3D presentations and virtual tours are not included: they are quoted separately.
Can I see the house before the work starts?
Yes, if you wish: we prepare a 3D model or a photorealistic virtual tour of the finished house, with materials and options. It is a design service quoted separately, agreed with the technician, and not included in the visit fee.
I live in the UK or the US. How do I follow the works?
Like many of our clients. You receive photos and videos of every stage, we hold progress calls by video, and every decision is recorded in writing. Many only see the site on handover day.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project. The schedule is set in the quote and kept; at every stage you know where the works stand.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Every project is handed over with a written warranty. If something isn't as designed, we put it right.
